In the advanced era of modern technology, it is quite difficult to escape the eyes of a camera. One has to credit the videographer at Trent Bridge for capturing Ben Stokes' raw footage as the English skipper spotted an identical face in the crowd during the England versus West Indies second Test.

Following a dominant start to the third innings, overnight batters Joe Root and Harry Brook continued merry-making with minimum assistance from the conditions for the West Indies bowlers. While Brook raced to his maiden Test century at home, Root opted for a measured approach despite the periodic fall of wickets in the first session and eased to his 32nd Test century. As the innings progressed post-lunch, the sky turned gloomy coupled with the quick fall of wickets but the faces in the English camp found a reason to smile, courtesy of a spectator.

Following the 86th over, the camera captured the likes of James Anderson seated beside Ben Stokes with Paul Collingwood accompanying them in the dressing room balcony. Soon after, a guy from the crowd who seemed identical to Stokes became the center of attraction. With a strong jawline, high cheekbones, and a blonde-reddish beard, the person resembled more like the English captain who was surprised after watching the figure on the big screen. The all-rounder smirked with a wry look before drawing his arm in front of the eyes. As Collingwood, from the support staff, laughed it out followed by the on-air commentators, the Twitterverse found it funny.
