ISL 2016 | FC Pune City rope in ex-Chelsea and Barcelona forward Eidur Gudjohnsen
Indian Super League side FC Pune City have signed former Chelsea and Barcelona forward Eidur Gudjohnsen as their marquee player for the third edition of the league. The Iceland striker, who was part of the Euro 2016, joins Pune after a six-month spell with Norwegian side Molde.

Gudjohnsen also joins an array of former Premier League players in the league. Former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan is the marquee player for Mumbai City FC, while former Liverpool left-back John Arne Riise, who played for Delhi Dynamos in the last edition, is the marquee player for Chennaiyin FC this year. Ex-Fulham player Aaron Hughes and Ex-Spurs striker Helder Postiga are the marquee players of Kerala Blasters and Atletico de Kolkata respectively.
