Jaipur Pink Panthers put up a commanding display of offence and defence to defeat Telugu Titans 34-24 at their own home to reach the final of the Pro Kabaddi season 4. Leading by a point at half-time, Hyderabad suffered an extended meltdown early in the second half to lose the match.

Both teams started on a cautious note – the first four raids were fruitless as the raiders sounded a cautious retreat after testing waters. Jasvir Singh then broke the deadlock scoring two points off the next raid. Hyderabad, however, leveled back soon, and the teams started progressing in tandem to 4-4, 6-6, 7-7, and then 8-8. Telugu Titans were banking on the bonus points to catch up, content with just touching the bonus line. Ajay Kumar of Jaipur, meanwhile, was the most successful as he scored 5 points by half-time. Rahul Chaudhari top-scored for Hyderabad with 3 points and took the hosts into the lead at 11-10 with the last raid of the half.

Jaipur started the second half on the ascendancy. After two back-to-back tackles, Jasvir walked into a three-man defence and scored a wonderful point with a scorpion-kick to eliminate Rahul Chaudhari. Jasvir returned into Telugu territory to eliminate one more on the next raid, before the Jaipur team bundled in Hyderabad's last man to get an all-out and three points.

The Telugu team returned to court after the all-out, but the downward slide did not stop. Rajesh Narwal took out two Hyderabad players, before star player Rahul Chaudhary was tackled to the ground on the return raid as the score went to 20-13 in favor of Jaipur. The Telugu Titans' meltdown continued as Sandeep Narwal and Athul MS got themselves tackled. Hyderabad suffered a second all-out in no time as Sukesh Hegde was brought to the ground by the Jaipur pack as the score leaped to 26-14.

At 26-15, major drama ensued. Rajesh Narwal touched Sandeep Dhull, while in the melee, Athul MS stepped out to eliminate himself. Jaipur suspected that Sandeep Narwal had as well stepped out, and during the review, Amit Hooda lost his temper with the referees and earned a yellow card effectively canceling out Jaipur's hard-earned point off the review of Sandeep Narwal. Score 29-16.

Hyderabad effected a minor comeback with four back-to-back points, but it was too little too late as Jaipur kept up their scoring to score a comfortable win in the end by a ten-point margin.
