Led by Pardeep Narwal, Patna Pirates thrashed a depleted Jaipur Pink Panthers 47-21 in the Pro Kabaddi League. Narwal was in terrific raiding form and ended the match with 21 points and Jaipur couldn't match the intensity of Patna Pirates as they crashed to the fourth defeat of the season.

Patna Pirates now are second in Zone B with 33 points from nine matches. Jaipur Pink Panthers remain fourth in Zone A with 28 points from nine matches.  

Patna Pirates opened their account in the first minute as Pardeep Narwal made a successful raid. Narwal began the match in stellar form as he helped Patna Pirates take 8-1 lead as they inflicted an all out in the sixth minute. Jaipur Pink Panthers struggled to cope with Patna's aggressive start. Pawan Kumar scored a raid point in the 10th minute as Jaipur trailed 4-13. In the next few minutes, Jaipur Pink Panthers tried to match Patna Pirates and trailed 6-16 after 14 minutes. 

With both Jaipur stalwarts, Manjeet Chhillar and Jasvir Singh out of action, the team struggled in their absence. Pardeep Narwal scored nine points in the first half as Patna Pirates went into the break leading 19-9. 

Narwal began the second half with a raid as Patna Pirates inflicted another all out in the 21st minute to lead 24-9. Pawan Kumar made a two-point raid in the 22nd minute as Jaipur Pink Panthers trailed 11-27. In the 27th minute, Pardeep Narwal scored with a two-point raid as Patna Pirates led 32-12

Patna Pirates continued their domination as they inflicted another all out in the 29th minute to lead 37-14. Monu Goyat was an able ally to Pardeep Narwal as he scored his eighth raid point in the 35th minute as Patna led 41-17. Jaipur Pink Panthers had no answer to Pardeep Narwal's raiding prowess. Patna Pirates added to the misery of their opponents by inflicting the fourth all out in the 36th minute to lead 47-18. In the last three minutes, Jaipur scored three points but crashed to a humiliating 21-47 defeat.
