Chennai Super Kings won against Mumbai Indians by three wickets on Thursday courtesy of an MS Dhoni and Dwaine Pretorious partnership at the end. Pretorious revealed that Dhoni was planning the chase and he told Pretorious to wait for his scoop shot for the penultimate over of the innings.

The Delhi Capitals squad is reeling under the threat of rising covid-19 cases in their squad because of which their game against Rajasthan Royals has been shifted to Mumbai from Pune. Their game against Punjab Kings was also scheduled to be played at Pune but was moved to Mumbai later.

Former New Zealand cricketer Simon Doull has opined that Suresh Raina has lost loyalty of MS Dhoni last season after the left-hander went unsold in the recently concluded mega auction. Doull further added that Raina is not fit at the moment and he had a very high base price in the mega auction.
