Supreme Court to hear CoA’s plea on Hardik Pandya-KL Rahul incident next week
The Supreme Court has taken a note on CoA’s plea regarding the appointment of an ombudsman in the BCCI regarding the controversial Hardik Pandya-KL Rahul incident. The top most court in the country will hear the case next week after senior advocate PS Narsimha takes over charge as the amicus curiae.
After the suspension of both Hardik and Rahul following their controversial comments on “Koffee with Karan”, the Committee of Administrators (CoA) had requested for the appointment of an ombudsman in the BCCI to decide the future course of action in the incident.
