The two unbeaten teams from Zone B – Telugu Titans and Bengal Warriors will take on each other in the first game of the evening at Motilal Nehru School of Sports in Sonipat today. Bengal has a 5-3 win record against the Titans while both these teams have played three ties among themselves in PKL.

After beating Tamil Thalaivas in Chennai, Telugu Titans defeated UP Yoddha in Sonipat in their second game. The confident side under the leadership of Vishal Bhardwaj will be expecting their star raider Rahul Chaudhari to come back to form. His stay on the mat will be important for the side which is aiming its third consecutive win the sixth season of PKL. Abozar Mighani has been their star performer so far in the season and the responsibility of tackling will be on his able shoulders again when they will face Bengal Warriors today.

Skipper Surjeet Singh and Shrikant Tewthia will shoulder the majority of the responsibilities in the Bengal defence while the Jang Kun Lee, Mahesh Goud and Maninder Singh will look forward to carrying on doing well in the raiding department against the Titans. The team played well under pressure against Tamil Thalaivas and that ensured a good victory for them against the home side. They survived the scare of getting all-out and bounced back from that to win the game 36-27.
