LIVE PKL 2019 | Match 1 – Telugu Titans vs U Mumba
The seventh edition of the very popular PKL is all set to begin on Saturday at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad where the home team Telugu Titans will take on U Mumba in the first game. It will be an interesting battle between the Siddharth Desai and his former skipper Fazel Atrachali.

After not getting a chance in the playoffs despite some amazing show in the league last season, the team from Hyderabad will want to start off on a great note in front of their home crowd at the Gachibowli Stadium. They have made some changes by bringing in Gholamreza Mazandarani as their coach for the seventh season and Siddharth Desai will be their primary raider as they let go Rahul Chaudhari for this season.

Being the third best raider in season 6 which was also his first year in the league, Desai will want to ensure that he comes up with some amazing show in the seventh season. The Titans will want him to shine in the raiding department and will hope Desai remains injury free in the entire league.

U Mumba
After finishing second on the Zone A points table, U Mumba, which was led by the current coach of Telugu Titans Gholamreza Mazandarani, failed to impress in the playoffs and failed to make it to the finals. However, they are one of the most consistent sides in the tournament and will want to make most of the opportunities this season. With a strong defence, they are an important unit to watch out for all other sides in the league.
Key Player – Fazel Atrachali
The Iranian left corner defender is one of the best in the world and his tackling prowess were crucial in the last season. It will be interesting to see how he goes ahead with his tackles with former teammate Desai at the other side of the mat.
