HIL 2015/16 – Mandeep Singh gives Delhi second consecutive bronze
Mandeep Singh's field goal gave the Delhi Waveriders a comfortable 2-0 win over Ranchi Rays on Sunday in the third-place playoff for the HIL. Ranchi failed to find any decent openings in the second half despite dominating possession, and have for the first time finished a HIL season without a medal.

HIL 2016: Punjab crush Delhi to enter third successive final
Rookie forward Armaan Qureshi and Aussie Simon Orchard helped Punjab Warriors enter their third successive final in the history of the Hockey India League after defeating Delhi Waveriders 3-1 in the first semi-final at Ranchi today. Rupinder Pal Singh scored the only goal for Delhi through a drag-flick.

HIL 2016: Delhi Waveriders thrash Kalinga Lancers to enter semi-final
The massive home crowd support propelled Delhi Waveriders to showcase an attacking extravaganza and book their semi-final berth by defeating Kalinga Lancers 6-0. The home crowd came in numbers to support the team and were awarded for their support as Delhi Waveriders claimed semi-final spot with 27 points.

HIL 2016 – Delhi face consecutive defeats as Punjab thrashes them at home
Delhi Waveriders faced second their consecutive home defeats. The hosts who defeated Punjab Warriors in their opening game in Chandigarh lost out to the same team 2-5 today in the return leg. With this win Punjab Warriors now share the third place in the points table (17 points) with Kalinga Lancers and Delhi Waveriders.

Avenging the 1-3 home loss they suffered at the hands of Delhi Waveriders in the reverse match on January 23, Uttar Pradesh Wizards defeated the home team 6-4, in what was Delhi’s first home match of the season on Monday.
