India would look to keep their winning run intact when they take on South Korea in the second semi-final of Kabaddi Masters in a repeat of Asian Champions semi-final. India have seen youngsters like Rishank Devadiga and Monu Goyat doing well in the tournament and would hope they continue the same.

The Kabaddi Masters looks like ending in the same manner as the World Championship with India as the winners and Iran the runners-up. However, South Korea can actually change that, which would obviously be against popular prediction. Korea have previously come up with a huge upset in the 2016 World Cup and would hope to do the same this time round.

On the head-to-head, India havedomineering 4-1 edge over Iran and they would want to keep their superiority intact as this would be the last tournament before the Asian Games. Spearheaded by Ajay Thakur who looks unstoppable with his raiding instinct India have some of the best defenders in Surender Nada, Girish Maruti and Surjeet. And with Goyat and Devadiga coming up, the team looks to have the perfect balance of youth and experience.

South Korea’s clinical performance against Argentina last game keeps them the unpredictable side that they are and could bother India with weapons like Jang Kun Lee and Dong Ju Hong.
