Former English captain Michael Vaughan expressed his emotions during the last final overs of the match via his Twitter handle where he was seen mocking the Indian fielding and bowling as he hailed Sri Lanka for their splendid chase.
The seasoned Indian bowling lineup was battered mercilessly by the Sri Lankan batsmen which prompted skipper Virat Kohli to take on the charge even with the ball. Vaughan then pointed out the obvious through his tweet.

India's bowling was so disappointing in the tie that two out of three Sri Lankan batsmen were run out due to their own faults and the 42-year old noted that maybe that's what India can try to clinch a win.

Vaughan then questioned Indian skipper Virat Kohli's field placement in the match as the Englishman found it too predictable for Sri Lanka to pierce.
