In a match, where a win was quintessential for Royal Challengers in order to make it to the playoffs stage, the star-studded failed to chase a meek target of 147 as they fell short by just 12 runs in the end. Twitterati had a field day, of course, trolling RCB's repeated failure brutally.

Brief scores: Sunrisers Hyderabad 146/10 (Kane Williamson 56, Shakib Al Hasan 35; Mohammed Siraj 3/25, Tim Southee 3/30) lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore 141/6 (Virat Kohli 39, Colin de Grandhomme 33; Shakib Al Hasan 2/36, Sandeep Sharma 1/20) by 5 runs.

Hopefully, the selectors are following him closely!
