The Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced the 15-man squad for the Emerging Asia Cup at their own backyard. The team will be lead by Nazmul Hossain Shanto while Naim Sheikh, Afif Hossain, Soumya Sarkar, Aminul Islam Biplob and Abu Hider Rony are five national team players included in the squad.

Bangladesh will be hosting the Emerging Asia Cup from November 14. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced 15-man squad for the eight team competition. India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and Oman will be featuring in the tournament alongside the hosts.

The team will be lead by Nazmul Hossain Shanto while five national team players : Naim Sheikh, Afif Hossain, Soumya Sarkar, Aminul Islam Biplob and Abu Hider Rony, have been named in the squad. The national team members are currently touring India and will be joining the squad after the conclusion of the T20 series, which is scheduled to end on November 10.

The hosts have been placed in Group B along with India, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong while the remaining teams make up Group A. Bangladesh will play its opening match on November 14. The Tigersā€™ opponent is Hong Kong in the BKSPā€™s No. 4 field. The hosts will play against India and UAE in the next two matches./
