The match officials reported Kumar's action on October 18th when Singapore faced Scotland. Sole was reported in Scotland's match against Kenya on October 19th and Abioye was reported during Nigeria's match-up against Canada on October 21st. All this was confirmed by the ICC in a media release.

Video footage of the three bowlers was presented to the Event Panel for review. Article 6.7 of the regulations states that if the bowler is caught bowling with an illegal action, he/she will be banned from bowling in international cricket. The three bowlers' actions were found to be illegal by the Event Panel and were banned from bowling with immediate effect.

Until the players visit the ICC approved Testing Centres and carry out tests and get concluded that their actions are regular, they won't be able to bowl for their national teams. They will be properly assessed for their actions and accordingly the corresponding decision will be taken.
