ISL 2018 | Josep Gombau laments missed chances after Delhi draw with Pune at home
Delhi Dynamos coach Josep Gombau was happy with his team’s performance on Wednesday but admitted that he was not satisfied with the draw against Miguel Portugal’s Pune City FC. Meanwhile, Portugal was satisfied with the one point but wants his players to be more clinical in front of goal.
It’s still early days in the 2018-19 season of the Indian Super League but if the past few days have taught us anything, its that we’re in for one hell of a ride this year. Some high tempo matches in the opening days of the tournament have set the tone for this year’s competition already. Wednesday night’s game between Delhi Dynamos and Pune City FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi ended at 1-1 with both team’s sharing a point each.
