Kolkata Knight Riders did lose their game against Lucknow Super Giants but the team has received a number of positives even from the loss. The first and also the most important one was Cameron Green returning with the ball. In the first few games, the team really missed him with the ball, as he was not cleared by Cricket Australia.
Moreover, his contribution with the bat was also minimal for them in the first three games. But in the clash against Lucknow Super Giants, he did well with both bat and ball. First he went on to score 32 runs off 24 balls for the team and didn't stop even when the first innings got over.
He returned to the ball for the first time in a long time in the 9th over. And bowling his second delivery, he struck well for the team by taking the wicket of Rishabh Pant, the danger man. As he was bowling for a long time, the team gave him just two overs where he took a wicket and conceded 28 runs.
