Twitter Flooded with Reactions to Rohit Sharmas Padma Shri Honour Poster
Rohit Sharma became one of the few cricketers to receive the honourable Padma Shri Award. The poster for the Hitman was revealed today, and cricket fans just can't stop reacting to the same. Rohit will also be making his comeback to the ODI format in the series against Afghanistan.

The Padma Shri Award is among the highest awards which any Indian civilian could receive. Only a few cricketers have managed to receive the same. And this year, another renowned Indian captain has been added to this list, who is none other than the Hitman, Rohit Sharma. Even though he has retired from two formats, his contributions will never be forgotten.
Rohit Sharma led the Indian team to win two consecutive ICC titles, which includes the T20 World Cup 2024 and the Champions Trophy 2025. For his contributions to uplift the Indian team's legacy in the ICC events, he was named in the list of individuals to receive the Padma Shri award. This list was announced by the government in January 2026.
And after a long time, the poster for the Hitman has also been revealed. He will be receiving the Padma Shri Award soon, but the fans on Twitter just can't stop reacting to the same.
