Sunrisers Hyderabad made it to the playoffs and almost pushed CSK out of the race in just one game. And that all became possible due to Ishan Kishan. After winning the game for his team, he even did the whistle celebration, taunting the Whistle Podu slogan of CSK.

Ishan Kishan is having some of the best times of his career right now. Within a few months, he led Jharkhand to win the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, helped India to win the T20 World Cup 2026, and now helped Sunrisers Hyderabad to reach the Qualifier stages of the IPL 2026.

Yesterday, he was the POTM against CSK, as he scored 70 runs off 47 balls in the chase. After grabbing the win, he did a celebration in front of the CSK audience, which has shocked the internet. He mimicked as if he was playing a whistle, and it should be noted that the slogan of Chennai Super Kings is Whistle Podu.

The celebration of Ishan Kishan has now been the centre of attention in the post match presentation. Along with that, he even posted a photo on his Instagram. He even wrote a caption on the post, which said, “Only thing louder than the whistles was the bat. Into the Playoffs.”

Ishan Kishan must be taking some lessons with Shubman Gill for his captions, as Gill has been the captain showing his caption skills also while dominating with the bat. And since they both have been good friends, one could also expect such captions by Kishan. It remains to be seen where SRH finishes in the points table, as it would be determined with the team's final league stage game against RCB.
