The Spanish giants are in a dire financial situation which will make talks with Shanghai SIPG difficult. Oscar is understood to be keen on a move back to Europe and will not turn down the chance to play for Barcelona but it is understood that the Spanish giants are uncertain about whether they can afford the Brazilian international after needing to restructure contracts to register new signing Ferran Torres.

Arsenal must pay £150m to land Vlahovic

Arsenal are determined to land Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic and have made an offer worth £58 million to secure his signature but it is understood that the Serbian striker would want £300,000 a week in wages according to The Daily Mail. The Gunners are content with agreeing to the 21-year-old's demands as they see Vlahovic as a budding investment that will only get better with time.

Vlahovic would require £300,000 a week for the next five years while his management team could net another £15m from the North London club. Vlahovic has outlined his intentions to not remain with the Serie A club in the future making it likely that he moves in January or in the summer.

Tottenham to welcome offers for both Dele Alli and Matt Doherty

With Antonio Conte looking to reinforce his team this month, Sky Sports has reported that Tottenham are open to offers for both Dele Alli and Matt Doherty as they're looking to raise some funds but only if they get suitable offers for both men.

Alli has featured for Conte this season but hasn't done enough to show the Italian he deserves a place while Doherty has struggled to find his footing since he joined the North Londoners. The Frenchman had reiterated his desire to move on to greener pastures and rejuvenate his career elsewhere and United interim manager Rangnick had confirmed that the French attacker would be sold if a suitable offer came in.

Sevilla have been interested in signing Martial and had submitted an offer which was declined by the Manchester club as it didn't suit their demands. It is understood that the La Liga club will turn their attention elsewhere as they are keen on bolstering their attack by recruiting a striker and a deal for Martial will prove to be difficult as United aren't willing to compromise.

Crystal Palace open talks with Arsenal over a move for Eddie Nketiah

With less than six months left on his current contract, the Times has reported that Crystal Palace have opened talks with Arsenal over a potential move for Eddie Nketiah. However, the Eagles are looking to reinforce their front-line and believe that a cheap move for Nketiah would be worth the price if Arsenal agree to it. Reports have indicated that the North Londoners believe they can get the forward to extend his contract but are also open to letting him leave.
