“This is not his first season with me. I have seen him since he was 17. When the auction began I’ve kept a close eye on him. I had already predicted that this season will be his best season yet” Randhir Singh said at the post-match conference.

When asked about team captain Rohit Kumar asserted that the player brings a lot of value to the team just by his mere presence.

“Rohit is a champion on another level. He’s standing as the captain on the mat. Because of him, everyone is playing confidently” the coach said.

Finally, it was the young Pawan Sehrawat who talked about his experience in the team.

“Both my coach and Kashi bhai (Kashiling Adake) have helped me on and off the mat to adapt. As the coach said, they helped me work on the improving my game and I’m thankful to them for it”.
