Usually, when cricketers are made to look like clowns on the field it is against their will but Khushdil Shah willingly took on the role of providing entertainment. The spinner earned the big scalp of Salman Ali Agha with an exceptional clash and produced a bold celebration fit for the occasion.

Multan Sultans battled every step of the way in a riveting title contest against Islamabad United in Karachi to leave the game hanging in the balance with 10 overs to go. The Mohammad Rizwan-led side fought past a staggering collapse to post 159/9 on the board, but it took an exceptional effort from their bowlers to keep the game alive at 61/3, given the exceptionally flat nature of the track. Khushdil Shah played a starring role in the team's endeavours, conceding just 21 runs in his four overs, including a maiden, while also getting rid of Pakistan international Salman Ali Agha in some style.

With Salman looking to end the powerplay with a bang, Khushdil tempted the veteran forward with some flight and the batter obliged by dancing down the track. Salman struck the ball hard down the ground but Khushdil was wary of the opportunity as he promptly crouched in his follow-through and hung on to the ball inches from his face to send his counterpart packing. Delighted by his effort, the left-arm spinner knelt on his knees with his face aimed at the heavens and balanced the Kookaburra between his nose and mouth before eventually letting his passions rein free.

Twitterati was as awestruck by the catch as they were amused by the celebration and took to social media to express their emotions.
