Sanju Samson was once again unable to do well for the Indian team in a bilateral series. In the first T20I against England, he was dismissed for just 1 run off 7 balls. Fans are now questioning whether Vaibhav Sooryavanshi should be picked up in his place or not.

The India tour of England has now started and the first T20I came as a no result. The match was washed out by rain shortly after India had completed its innings. Even though the Indian team had various positives to take up from this game, the one negative point was with the form of Sanju Samson.

He was unable to score even a single run in the T20I series against Ireland, being dismissed for ducks in both games. But in the first T20I against England, he had managed to score a run for the team. And it was just one run, before Saqib Mahmood dismissed him in the second over.

This marked Sanju Samson’s third consecutive dismissal for a low score. He got out without scoring a run in the T20Is against Ireland. And when the team went against England, he went on to score just a run in the first T20I.
