With the purchase of a £4 million Bugatti Tourbillon, Erling Haaland has added another supercar to his growing collection. The Manchester City striker, fresh off signing a record nine-and-a-half-year contract worth £200 million, teamed up with Norwegian billionaire Ole Ertvaag to acquire one of only 250 of these rare hypercars.
The Tourbillon boasts an 1,800-horsepower petrol-electric hybrid V16 engine, accelerating from 0 to 62 mph in just two seconds and reaching a staggering top speed of 277 mph. Due to Norway’s strict low-emission taxes, the total cost is expected to rise to £4 million once registered before April 1, when tax rates increase.
Haaland, 24, shares a deep passion for luxury cars and football with Ertvaag, having previously purchased a £2.62 million Mercedes AMG together. Haaland’s impressive car collection already features a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Ferrari Monza SP2, Mercedes AMG, Range Rover Sport, and an Audi RS6 Avant Quattro.
