However, Spanish journalist Guillem Balagué dismissed the claims as “absolute rubbish,” confirming that Barça have full confidence in the Manchester United loanee. Balagué also supported Gary Lineker’s view that Rashford has faced unfair criticism, much of it racially motivated, pointing out that Barça reassured his representatives about their faith in his potential.
