Shahid Afridi hits back at Ian Chappell after Pakistan's win
Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi has replied to Ian Chappell's recent criticism of the Pakistan cricket team after the team leveled the series 1-1 by winning the second ODI against Australia. Shoaib Akhtar also replied to Chappell's criticism through his Twitter account which left many confused.
Former Australian cricketer Ian Chappell recently criticized Pakistan cricket team after they were whitewashed 0-3 by Australia in the Test series, by saying that Cricket Australia(CA) should think twice before inviting Pakistan for another tour Down Under.
These comments have caused a huge backlash in Pakistan with Test skipper Misbah-ul-Haq slamming Chappell's remarks as “irresponsible and useless”. Now, after Pakistan beat Australia in the second ODI by 6 wickets to level the five-match series 1-1, star all-rounder Shahid Afridi has pounced on the opportunity to hit back at Chappell.

Earlier, former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar had also tweeted a reply to the former Aussie captain's criticism by comparing themselves to England leaving his fans confused about the tweet.

The third ODI between Pakistan and Australia will be played on Thursday at Perth.
