Dhoni loses calm after Jharkhand’s semi-final loss to Bengal in Vijay Hazare Trophy
MS Dhoni has lost his cool and was upset on Jharkhand players for their lacklustre bowling display in the Vijay Hazare Trophy semi-final match against Bengal, which cost them a place in the final. In the game, Dhoni scored a 62-ball 70 but failed to take his team past the finishing line.
During his captaincy reign, Dhoni's greatest attribute has been his ability to stay calm under the toughest of situations which have earned him the moniker "Captain Cool". But Dhoni lost his "cool" on his Jharkhand teammates after the team failed to qualify for the finals.

Bengal's splendid batting display helped them put up a mammoth total of 330 runs thanks to the centuries by their openers- Abhimanyu Easwaran(101) and Shreevats Goswami(101). Captain Manoj Tiwary, too, joined the action and helped his team with a valuable cameo. The inconsistent bowling and lousy fielding of the Jharkhand players helped Bengal book a place in the final.
Jharkhand lost three early wickets which made the things difficult for the middle-order. Dhoni got support from Saurabh Tiwary and the duo added 53 runs to the total before Tiwary was bowled out by Ashok Dinda. Dhoni, though, played a fast-paced innings with Ishank Jaggi to add 97 quick runs for the fifth wicket when the required run rate was surging over 10.

Pragyan Ojha gifted Bengal with the much important breakthrough by bowling Dhoni out and crushing Jharkhand's chances of making it to the finals and in the process, Dhoni missed out his chance of becoming only the second Jharkhand captain to lead the team to victory in the tournament.
