The sporting arena has often witnessed superhuman acts from various individuals. Similarly, Mackenzie Harvey showcased unreal athleticism and precision by inducing a direct hit to get rid of Keaton Jennings in the tenth match of the Big Bash League between Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Renegades.

The Scorchers lost Finn Allen early inside the powerplay as Fergus O’Neill removed him on the third ball of the match. The ball moved laterally for a long while, troubling the batters - Keaton Jennings and Cooper Connolly as they collected just 12 runs inside the mandatory field restrictions. The woes deepened when Mackenzie Harvey pulled out an impeccable runout to remove Jennings in the fifth over.

After three singles in the over, Connolly tapped a back of a length delivery near backward point and tried to sneak a single. Mackenzie from there, swooped in and enforced a direct hit with only one stump to aim from square of the wicket. Jennings was running at the danger’s end, and unfortunately, his bat got stuck in the crease at the wrong time. With the bullseye being nailed, Jennings was a goner and the Renegades group erupted in ecstasy. The Twitterverse, however, lauded Mackenzie by stating to audition for the next Superman sequel.
