Time and again, Jasprit Bumrah has been India’s savior with his jaffas and consistently providing crucial breakthroughs. He showcased this again on the last day of the India-Bangladesh Test, delivering an unplayable ball that shattered Mushfiqur Rahim’s middle stump and ended Bangladesh’s innings.

‌Overnight batters Shadman Islam and Mominul Haque started on a bright sunny morning in Kanpur. Bangladesh’s collapse continued when Ravichandran Ashwin dismissed Haque in the 14th over. The ball angled into the batter sharp and slow to beat the inside edge of the willow and uproot the middle stump. The bowler had bowled pacy deliveries in the particular over prior to the dismissal and the sudden change of pace did turned out to be the final nail in the coffin. The Indian team breathed a sigh of relief as Bangladesh was bowled out for 146 runs, needing just 95 runs to win.
