Rajasthan Royals are now under the radar for using a phone during the IPL match. This happened in the team's clash against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, as a few videos have gone viral. In the match also, the team manager was caught using his phone with Vaibhav Sooryavanshi sitting beside him.

‌Rajasthan Royals are dominating in the Indian Premier League, but they might be facing some serious challenges soon. Recently in the clash against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the team was caught breaking the IPL protocols. As per the IPL protocols, players are not allowed to use phones in the dugout.
While the team managers can use their phones, it is prohibited to do so in the dugout. But Rajasthan Royals manager, Romi Bhinder, was caught using his phone in the dugout during the game. It was during the 11th over of the chase, and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was also sitting beside him.
Lalit Modi, former IPL Chairman, also reacted to this incident. He retweeted the video on his Twitter account and asked where the anti-corruption committee was at this moment. It still remains to be seen what actions will be taken against the Rajasthan Royals for using a phone in the team's dugout.

Our Take

The incident of phone usage in the team dugout has been rare and it has been a long time since fans witnessed any one of the same. Rajasthan Royals are also yet to issue a statement for the same and fans don't even know whether an investigation by the Anti-Corruption committee has been launched to the same or not. The rules are surely broken and the videos of the same have gone viral all over the internet.
