Akash Singh has given one of the best bowling performances for LSG this season. After a long break, he made a comeback and was given a chance by LSG to play against CSK. He ended up taking 3 wickets for the team, and after each wicket he showed the same note towards the fans.
Ever since the clash against Chennai Super Kings, Akash Singh has been the talking point for the fans. He has received way less opportunities to play for his team in the IPL, but he made it count. Yesterday in the clash against CSK, the LSG management decided to give him an opportunity to prove himself.
And Akash Singh was able to do it at his very best. He bowled his first over being economical, but when he came back with the ball, he started taking wickets. By the end of his spell, he was able to dismantle the top order of Chennai Super Kings with ease, dismissing Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson, and Urvil Patel.
After each wicket, he showed a note towards the fans. Even the commentators were unable to read it after he took his first wicket. But the camera focused on it a little more when he took his second. The note read, “#Akki on Fire - Akash knows how to take wickets in T20 game.”

Akash Singh has scripted one of the finest comebacks in the IPL history. He didn't receive many opportunities to play in the tournament due to his inconsistent performances. But he knew that he had the potential and worked hard to find his way back in the tournament. This eventually paid off, as he took some massive wickets for LSG in the match against CSK, helping the team to make a statement.
