Borussia Dortmund's teenage sensation Jadon Sancho says he has developed an excellent relationship with fellow Dortmund attackers Marco Reus and Thorgan Hazard, which is paying dividends on the pitch. The trio were on target against Mainz 05 as BVB walked away with a comprehensive 4-0 win.

Borussia Dortmund were on 5th gear as they cruised past Mainz 05 defeating the Karnevalsverein 4-0 at the Opel Arena. The domineering performance form Dortmund saw goals scored by Marco Reus, Thorgan Hazard, Jadon Sancho and Nico Schulz. Lucien Favre played a 3-4-3 formation with Sancho, Hazard and Reus the front three. Considering the Black and Yellow results Saturday against Mainz, it's impossible not to agree.

Dortmund proved too hot to handle for the hosts and in the process proved that there is no denying that Sancho's reputation as one of the most dangerous attacking players in world football, despite him being just 19. However, Sancho’s equation with the club hierarchy has been uneasy, with the 19-year-old punished multiple times due to disciplinary reasons.

This has prompted to news that Dortmund are willing to part ways with their starlet in January. Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid are all willing to enter a transfer battle for the Englishman. But that hasn't stopped the former Manchester City academy product from scoring 11 goals and recording 12 assists in 22 competitive games for the Germans becoming the first player to reach double figures for both goals and assists in Europe’s top five leagues this term.

In an interview, the English winger has asserted that he along with captain Reus and new signing Hazard can form a destructive partnership with all three men getting on the scoresheet. Sancho also added that the three men train well together which has made all the difference for Dortmund this season with the trio contributing to 49 goals in 23 appearances across all competitions.

“The front three – me, Thorgan and Marco – have got a good connection and we work on it on the training pitch. We come here like today and we show our skills. We help each other and we score together, so it’s good,” said the 19-year-old to the Bundesliga website.
