WATCH | Jasprit Bumrah's yorker fails to dislodge the bails even after hitting the stumps
Mohammad Hafeez's luck helped him survive a perfect yorker from Jasprit Bumrah as the ball went on to hit the stumps but the bails failed to come off. The right-handed batsman played a brilliant 37-ball 57-run cameo to power Pakistan to a monstrous total of 338 in the title decider.

Jasprit Bumrah, who is known for bowling accurate yorkers did just that on the second delivery of the 49th over. While coming round the wicket, Bumrah planted a perfect yorker at Mohammad Hafeez's feet which put the right-hander in a spot of bother as it penetrated through his defence to go on to hit the base of his off stump. However, to everyone's surprise, the bails did not come off even as the ball moved away from the stumps due to the impact of the hit. The replays showed that the

Hafeez then went on to score his half-century and led Pakistan to the score of 338 which is the second highest score ever in the Champions Troph tournament.
