India vs New Zealand | Virat Kohli is definitely the player to shut down, says Kane Williamson
Kane Williamson has stated that Virat Kohli is admired for how he goes about his cricket and added that the New Zealand team would definitely look to get him out quickly. The Indian team led by skipper Kohli has recently won bilateral ODI and Test series in Australia for the first time ever.

"He's always a challenge to come up against and is someone who is most admired in terms of how he goes about his cricket and he's formidable in his run scoring so he's definitely a player of note to try to shut down," Williamson told PTI.
Virat Kohli, who recently won the ICC ODI, Test, and Cricketer of the year awards, returned the favour to the Kiwi skipper and praised the latter for his performance for New Zealand.
"He is always going to be a solid player for NZ purely because of what all he has done over the years in all three formats," Kohli said.
One of the most consistent performers for New Zealand - Ross Taylor - was also in for some praise from the Indian captain. Kohli revealed that the core of the Kiwi batting is Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor and stated that the Indian team is already working on a suitable plan to take them on.
