COA yet to refer me Pandya-Rahul case, reveals BCCI Ombudsman
With Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul cleared, with their bans lifted and the duo already playing, BCCI Ombudsman DK Jain has revealed that the COA never referred a case to him. The young duo faced suspension from the Indian team after making sexist remarks on a chat show during India’s tour of Australia.

Now, current BCCI Ombudsman D K Jain, who took charge at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai this month, has revealed that no case has been referred to him regarding the duo yet.
“I have not taken up any matter Suo Motu for now. Once the COA refers a case to me, I will take it up,” said Jain, reported PTI.
While the future course of action is yet to be taken, the duo would be seen taking the field in the Indian Premier League that has been scheduled to start from March 23.
