The Border Gavaskar Trophy has become must watch TV not just because of the cricket on offer but also due to the fact that it is borderline reality TV. In the latest episode, after Pat Cummins tried to review the third umpire's decision, Nitish Reddy repaid the favour by signalling for the same.

After Reddy scored his maiden Test century on Day 3, the youngster was at hand in the morning session to reduce the deficit even further. A boundary off Nathan Lyon brought India within touching distance of bringing the lead into double digits. However, with Siraj at the other end, it felt that it was only a matter of time before the Indian innings wrapped up.

On the last ball of the 119th over, Cummins bowled a full delivery outside off stump that caught the edge off the bat and flew into Smith’s hands. As the Australians started walking off, the on-field umpire decided to send it upstairs to check whether the ball bounced before or after the edge. The third umpire had a quick look and ruled in the favor of the batsman, much to the dismay of the Aussie skipper.

Cummins walked up to the on-field umpires and demanded a review. However, since the decision had already been made by the TV umpire, his request was rejected. As Cummins made his case, Reddy, standing in the background, signalled for the same as well.

Twitter appreciated the trolling by the youngster and piled on their own thoughts as well.
