Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated Chennai Super Kings at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium after 17 years. Their top order fired with Rajat Patidarā€™s 32-ball 51 backed by RCBā€™s bowling precision, leading them to the top of the points table despite Noor Ahmadā€™s spin excellence in Chennai.

Eyeing to end their losing drought at the MA Chidambaram Stadium since 2008, fate didnā€™t comply with them as CSK decided to field first.
