And this list was highly dominated by the FIFA World Cup finals. The top spot was held by the FIFA World Cup 2022 finals, which had a combined viewership of 1.5 billion. The second spot in this list was also being taken over by the FIFA World Cup 2018 final, which grabbed a viewership of 1.12 billion.
But among the list, there are two cricket matches also mentioned. At number three, it is the India vs Pakistan clash in the ICC ODI World Cup 2019, which had a viewership of 1.1 billion. Even the fifth place in this list was being held by the India vs Pakistan clash in the 2023 World Cup, as it crossed 950 million combined viewership.
