The Hammers are reportedly targetting two players this month including a central defender alongside a forward.

"We've been trying to get someone to give us competition for two years with Micky [Michail Antonio]. It's not easy bringing in a centre forward and this club has probably brought in the most forwards in recent years trying to make it work," Moyes said in his post-match press conference.

"We'll try to bring in players but I'm not going to do it for the sake of it. I'd rather not waste the club's money if there's not the right player out there but I'm hoping to do business.  Maybe by the end of the window, they'll be some news but there's not been a huge amount of transfer activity out there. I'm not seeing huge movement at this moment in time."
