India took the lead in the three-match series with a comfortable win over Sri Lanka in Nagpur after the first Test, in Kolkata, ended as a draw. As expected the Sri Lankans perished without any resemblance of a fight and the Twitterati were quick to have some fun at the expense of the island nation.

Brief Scores : Sri Lanka 205 and 166/10 (Chandimal 61, Lakmal 31*, Ashwin 4/63) lost to India 610/6d by an innings and 239 runs.
