According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan are targeting moves for three forwards with Lille's Jonathan David, Sassuolo's Gianluca Scamacca and Paulo Dybala on their lists. The Nerazzurri lost Romelu Lukaku last summer and while they haven’t suffered, they are looking to improve the team again.

With news of Inter Milan’s financial issues emerging towards the end of the 2020/21 season just after they lifted the trophy, few fans expected things to be bad. Fast forward a few months later and the club were forced into selling both Achraf Hakimi and Romelu Lukaku with Antonio Conte also leaving the club after talks between the two parties fell short. However, the arrival of Edin Dzeko and Joaquin Correa has helped make up the difference with the duo combining for 14 league goals.

But the Serie A giants are looking to turn their fortunes around next summer and Gazzetta dello Sport have indicated that to do that, the club are eyeing not one but three forwards. Their shortlist has Lille's Jonathan David, Sassuolo's Gianluca Scamacca and Juventus' Paulo Dybala on it although any move will depend on what happens to their current front-line. Reports have indicated that Lautaro Martinez is looking to leave while Alexis Sanchez is also on the chopping block.

Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that the Nerazzurri are willing to let both men leave as they look to refresh the team. That could see a free-transfer move for Dybala to take place, with the 28-year-old reportedly on his way out of Juventus, although moves for David and Scamacca could prove complicated unless they do offload both Martinez and Sanchez. However, the Saussolo forward could be the cheaper of the two options as Lille are demanding around €50 million for David.
