Thomas & Uber Cup: Indian eves surrender 2-0 lead and miss chance to win group
Despite winning the first two ties by a clean sweep, Indian women went down 2-3 to Japan in their final Group D match. Saina and Sindhu won their respective singles matches, before India’s experimentation with the doubles pairs cost them the tie, and the opportunity to finish top of their group.

Thomas and Uber Cup: Indian women cruise ahead, men knocked out after second defeat
Indian men got knocked out after losing 2-3 to Hong Kong in their second Thomas Cup match of Group B at Jiantsu in China on Tuesday. Indian women, on the other hand, continued their impressive display with another resounding 5-0 win in Group D, this time against Germany to make it two wins in two.

Thomas & Uber Cup: Indian women start off in style with 5-0 win
Indian women started their Uber Cup campaign in style winning all five matches in their Group D encounter versus Australia. The Indian ladies did not drop a single game in any of their matches as Saina Nehwal and P V Sindhu led the team to victory by a cumulative score of 211-121.

Thomas and Uber Cup: Indian men off to a losing start
India lost 2-3 to Thailand in their opening match of Group B in the Thomas and Uber Cup on Sunday at Jiangsu in China. India were off to a poor start in the tie with Ajay Jayaram losing a closely fought battle against Tanongsak Saensomboonsuk, and they never recovered from it in the match.
