Windies vs England | Shannon Gabriel booked by ICC for on-field homophobic rant
Shannon Gabriel has been charged with an ICC Code of Conduct breach after he was caught making homophobic remarks directed towards Joe Root. Root was heard saying “there is nothing wrong with being gay” in reply to an inaudible taunt made by Gabriel during the third Test match at St. Lucia.

Article 2.13 applies to use of "language of a personal, insulting, obscene and/or offensive nature", with a range of charges covering different levels of seriousness.
