Greatness in sports is often defined by the ability to perform under pressure. Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah might just be trailing a similar path as he cleaned him a well-settled Mohammad Rizwan to turn the tables as India squared off against Pakistan in Nassau County on Sunday.

Pakistan got off to a tremendous start with the ball after captain Babar Azam chose to field first. While Rishabh Pant and Axar Patel put up a valiant effort, the Indian lower order succumbed to Pakistan pacers’ outstanding bowling, as the Men in Blue were bundled for 119 under tricky conditions. In response, Mohammad Rizwan kept the Pakistan unit in the hunt despite periodic fall of wickets before a Jasprit Bumrah special outwit him in the 15th over

With the score reading 80/3 in 14 overs, Pakistan were in a steady position in the chase before Rohit Sharma summoned Bumrah in the attack. The right-arm pacer came over the wicket and angled a length delivery into Rizwan on the first ball itself. The batter failed to connect on the cross-batted attempt resulting in the white rock beating the inside edge and clattering onto the woods. The wicketkeeper-batter was early into the stroke and the ball sticked to the surface thereby bemusing the batter completely on this occasion. Bumrah followed it up with an adrenaline rushed jubilation, sending the Twitterverse in awe of his special abilities.
