After losing the opener to Sri Lanka, India brought their A game to the fore beating Bangladesh by six wickets with 8 balls to spare. The Indians, unlike the first game, looked in control of the game but the Twitterati were still critical of their dropped catches and Rohit Sharma's struggles.

Brief Scores : Bangladesh 139/8 (Liton Das 34, Sabbir Rahman 30; Jaydev Unadkat 3/38, Vijay Shankar 2/32) lost to India (Shikhar Dhawan 55, Suresh Raina 28; ) by six wickets.
