Naman Ojha continued the trend of missing easy chances in the IPL when he missed two opportunities of dismissing Ben Stokes on the same delivery. After dropping Stokes' catch, Ojha had a chance to stump the Englishman but the SRH keeper seemed more interested in appealing than taking off the bails.

Rashid Khan, who had been brilliant in his first two overs, was brought on to bowl by skipper David Warner to break the 50-run partnership between Steve Smith and Ben Stokes and Khan repaid his captain's faith by almost dismissing Stokes on the second delivery of the over. Khan dropped the delivery short when he saw Stokes charging at him. The Englishman was unable to pick the turn and nicked the ball behind to Ojha.

Naman Ojha was taken by surprise when the ball came to him and he fumbled the ball onto his helmet before catching the ball cleanly. He screamed for a caught behind but failed to realise Stokes distance from the crease and missed an easy chance of stumping. The replay clearly showed the ball hitting Ojha's helmet grill before being caught by him which is not out according to the cricketing rules.

Stokes was bowled out by the sensational Rashid Khan on the very next delivery saving Ojha from the heat of the mess up.
