First 50-run opening partnership in the Ashes series!

This was the first time in this Ashes series that a team put on 50 or more runs for the opening stand! Australian players fail to review!!It was a good length delivery from Pat Cummins to Joe Denly which pitched on a good length and hit him on his right pad which brought about a loud appeal from the Aussies. The Umpire was not satisfied with the delivery and so did not raise his finger. However, Australia did not review it and later, when the ball tracking was shown on the big screen, it was three reds! Another missed opportunity!
