Sevilla make new offer for Anthony Martial

According to reliable journalist Ekrem Konur, Sevilla are preparing the terms on a fresh approach for Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial. The Frenchman has reiterated his desire to move on from Old Trafford and could be making the move to Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium this month.

Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has confirmed his intention to let the French international depart the club if a suitable offer comes in. The Spanish club's first offer was rejected by the English giants as it didn't meet their demands and the Spanish club will be looking to seal a move with their second offer.

Martial has fallen out of favour at the Manchester club after the arrivals of Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho in the summer and will hope to rejuvenate his career at Spain with Sevilla.


Atletico eye capture of Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina

According to TuttoMercato, Atletico are eyeing the capture of Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic as they aim to address their defensive issues and reinforce their defense. The Spanish champions are experiencing a defensive crisis as star goalkeeper Jan Oblak is in terrible form and the unavailability of first choice defenders Jose Maria Gimenez and Stefan Savic.

It is understood that Fiorentina are willing to listen to offers for the defender and will be looking to move him on as his contract expires in 2023. The Spanish champions will face fierce competition for the Serbian's capture as several Premier League clubs are interested in his services.


Aston Villa to sign Lucas Digne from Everton

Aston Villa will look to sign Lucas Digne from Everton according to Sky Sports. The Everton left-back has been on the shortlist for several Premier League clubs during the winter transfer window.

The 28-year-old has fallen out of favour with Rafa Benitez as a rift between the pair has broken down their relationship. Napoli was interested in the Frenchman but the Serie A side have ended their pursuit as Digne's salary demands are in the region of £8.5 million per season.

The Villains will be paying a £25 million fee to acquire the Frenchman from the Merseyside club as Steven Gerrard looks to reinforce his squad and finish the strongly.


Kylian Mbappe set to stay at PSG

Kylian Mbappe is set to sign a contract extension with Paris Saint-Germain and extend his stay at the Parc des Princes putting an end to all the speculation on his future according to Le Parisien. 

The World Cup winner will reject any advances from Real Madrid and continue his career at the French club. Mbappe has less than six months remaining on his deal and is free to talk to any interested parties but it is understood that he will be rejecting any offer from the Madrid club. Mbappe is optimistic over a bright and a trophy laden future as he continues to link up with Neymar and Lionel Messi at the French capital.


AC Milan looking into loan-move for Tottenham's Japhet Tanganga

Following ESPN's report that Tottenham are looking into letting more than half a dozen players leave in this transfer window, the Daily Mail has reported that AC Milan are considering signing Japhet Tanganga on loan before the window closes.

The Rossoneri are reportedly attracted to the fact that Tanganga can play as either a center-back or right-back and is looking for more game-time, something that the Serie A giants can offer him. However, Calciomercato has also reported that Juventus are looking at a potential deal as well and are reportedly offering a swap deal with Dejan Kulusevski.


AS Roma are confident that they'll get a deal for Sérgio Oliveira done

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, AS Roma are more than confident that they'll get the deal for Sérgio Oliveira over the line within the next few days. The two sides have been in talks over the last few days over a potential loan with an option to buy for the midfielder and have knocked out an asking price after negotiations.

The Serie A side will reportedly pay around €1 million as a loan fee and have a buy-option at €13.5 million although Oliveira's contract and a few other details still need to be negotiated.


RB Salzburg starlet Noah Okafor is on Newcastle United's striker shortlist

With Callum Wilson's injury putting him on the sidelines for at least two months, reports have indicated that Eddie Howe is looking to sign at least two attacking players in this window and TeamTalk has reported that Noah Okafor is on their shortlist.

The Magpies are looking into moves for other forward as well but Okafor's age and the fact that the Swiss attacker is open to signing for the Premier League side has piqued their interest especially given the season the 21-year-old is having. So far, Okafor has contributed to 17 goals in 23 appearances across all competitions for RB Salzburg.


Paris Saint-Germain submit an offer for Antonio Rudiger

French news outlet Foot Mercato have reported that Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have submitted a former offer for Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger and have offered the German a very lucrative wage-packet to join them.

The report has indicated that Rudiger has a €7 million-per-year contract waiting for him in France if he leaves Chelsea as a free-agent at the end of the current season although the Blues believe that they can get the German defender to sign an extension. 


Tanguy Ndombele is hopeful of leaving Tottenham this month

According to the Athletic, Tottenham midfielder Tanguy Ndombele believes that he can leave the North London side this month and is confident that he will get a move away. This comes in light of the Frenchman being booed off the field after leaving the field during Spurs' 3-1 FA Cup win over Morecambe.

The report has indicated that both Tottenham and Ndombele believe that a move would be the right decision for both parties although the biggest problem is the fact that Spurs want to recoup some of the £55 million they spent and the fact that the Frenchman wants a contract somewhere close to his current £200,000-a-week salary.


Manchester United consider signing Milinkovic-Savic

Manchester United are planning to make a bid for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic according to Calciomercato. The Red Devils are looking to reinforce their midfield after the uninspiring performances of Fred and Scott McTominay while doubts are spread over the futures of Paul Pogba and Donny Van de Beek.

It is understood that Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are seriously interested in the 26-year-old but the Red Devils are in pole position to secure his signature. The Serbian has been previously valued at £60 million but that fee will likely be lower after his fall out with current manager Maurizio Sarri.


Edinson Cavani to stay at Manchester United till end of season

Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has confirmed that Edinson Cavani will stay at the club for the remainder of the season after a private chat with the Uruguayan striker. The 34-year-old's contract expires in the summer and the former Napoli striker has been earmarked for a move away from England amidst interest from a host of European clubs.

Barcelona were rumoured to be interested in signing Cavani after losing Kun Aguero for the rest of the season. It is understood that the Uruguayan international is keen on a move away from England and will choose his next destination carefully although it will have to wait until the summer as he hopes to close out the season strongly with United.


Villarreal join race to sign Pablo Sarabia

According to Record, Villarreal have joined the race to sign Pablo Sarabia from Paris Saint-Germain this summer. The Spaniard has scored four goals and set up four more in 13 league appearances since joining Sporting Lisbon on a season-long loan this summer. The Spaniard has put in a host of several performances for the Portuguese club that has attracted the attention of several La Liga clubs.

PSG will be looking to cash on in the interest in Sarabia as his current deal expires in the summer of 2024. The Yellow Submarines are preparing a €20m bid to sign the player and win the race for the winger in the summer.


Barcelona not planning move for Renato Sanches

Renato Sanches has been linked with a move to Barcelona in successive transfer windows in recent years but El Nacional claims that Xavi Hernandez is not impressed by the Portuguese international's performance and will not be making an approach to Lille regarding Sanches.  The emergence of Gavi and Riqui Puig has played a part in contributing to the decision.

The former Golden Boy winner is expected to leave the French club in the near future as a host of several European clubs are interested in sealing his signature but the Catalan clubs will not be one of them as they won't be making an approach for the 24-year-old.


Barcelona finally register Ferran Torres after Samuel Umtiti signs a new contract

Ten days after announcing that they've signed Ferran Torres from Manchester City, Barcelona have finally confirmed that they have been able to register the attacker thanks to the fact that Samuel Umtiti has signed a new contract.

The new contract also comes with reduced wages and thus reduces the club's wage bill which allows them to register Torres.

"FC Barcelona and first team player Samuel Umtiti have reached an agreement to extend the latter’s contract until 30 June 2026. The French defender is reducing a part of the salary that he was due to receive in the year and a half remaining on his contract," reads the statement.


Fiorentina are not interested in signing Real Madrid's Isco Alarcon

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Fiorentina have no interest in signing Isco Alarcon. That was confirmed by Viola club director Daniele Prade, who revealed that the Serie A club has no interest in signing Isco and also have no clue who his agents are. 

"We're not gonna sign Isco, no way. We don't even know who are his agents," Prade said, reported Romano.


Newcastle United considering a move for Tottenham forward Steven Bergwijn

With Eddie Howe reportedly targetting a new forward, 90min has reported that Newcastle United have shortlisted Steven Bergwijn as one of their targets especially since Tottenham are open to letting the 24-year-old forward leave the club on loan.

The Dutch international has been in and out of the Spurs squad and could leave this month amidst interest from Ajax as well but 90min has reported that the Magpies are looking to swoop in and get a deal done before the window closes.


Brighton to demand £50m for Bissouma

According to Marca, Yves Bissouma continues to attract plenty of attention from a host of European clubs who will look to secure his signing to reinforce their midfields and Brighton will look to take full advantage by demanding £50m for their in-form midfielder.

Several clubs including Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Juventus have been linked with the 25-year-old but the Seagulls are reluctant to sell this month as they aim to finish the season strongly.

The Seagulls will only consider offers of £50 million to even begin negotiations over Bissouma. It is likely that a deal could be made easier in the summer with Bissouma looking to make the move to the elites of Europe.


Spurs make £20m bid for Adama Traore

According to ESPN, Tottenham have opened talks regarding a £20 million deal for Wolves winger Adama Traore as Antonio Conte looks to bolster his attacking options.

The Italian manager is convinced that Traore will prove to be a valuable asset as he can cause havoc with his pace and power on the wings. The North London club has made a bid of £20 million for the Wolves winger as they look to recruit him this month.

Wolves are not thrilled with losing Traore this month but they evaluate all their options and make a final decision shortly.


La Galaxy yet to contact Gremio or Juventus over a potential move for Douglas Costa

While Douglas Costa is currently on a season long loan spell at Gremio from Juventus, GloboEsporte has reported that La Galaxy are yet to make contact with the Brazilian club over a potential move for Costa this month. The MLS side have shown an interest in signing the 31-year-old in the past and were reportedly looking to sign him this month.

But the report has indicated that Gremio are also keen on keeping the winger beyond the end of his loan spell but are yet to make contact with either Juventus or Costa. GloboEsporte has further reported that Costa also dreams of playing in the United States and the MLS before he retires but plans on staying in Brazil for now.


Arsenal ready to break the bank for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic

According to the Mirror, Arsenal are ready and waiting to break the bank for Dusan Vlahovic this month with the Gunners keen on signing the forward. The young striker has lit the world and Italy on fire over the last eighteen months with his prolific nature, netting 37 goals in 57 league appearances.

However, while the Gunners have been linked with more than a few forwards this month but reports have indicated that Vlahovic is at the top of their shortlist despite a rumoured price-tag of just over £60 million. Furthermore, the 21-year-old has eighteen months left on his contract and thus the Viola are keen on getting a fee before they lose out.
