PKL auction 2019 | 200 players go under the hammer as PKL teams spend money in galore
As many as 173 domestic players and 27 international players would be a part of the seventh season of the Pro Kabaddi League as 12 franchises battled it out in the auction. Over 50 crores were spent over a period of two days with Siddharth Desai getting the highest bid in his move to Telegu Titans.
Season VII Player auctions of the VIVO Pro Kabaddi ended on a high note with Franchises building a strong squad with a balanced set of Raiders, Defenders and All-rounders. The player auctions was a strategic and well-thought construction of teams by Franchisees for a competitive league experience. Final Bid Match (FBM) was utilised by most teams to showcase their interest in building team continuity.
