Although Dabang Delhi lost the final against Bengal Warriors, their raider Naveen Kumar was chosen as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the season. Coach Krishan Kumar Hooda expressed that being the MVP is a reward for the youngster’s hard work and determination in the entire season.

Bengal Warriors star for the final Mohammad Nabibakhsh has revealed that although in Iran, most of the players want to become defenders, Nabibakhsh wanted to be a raider and his coach put him as a raider because of his quick movement. Nabibakhsh scored 10 points to help Bengal win the PKL title.

After losing to Bengal Warriors in the PKL 2019 final, Dabang Delhi skipper Joginder Narwal conceded that his team didn’t raid or defend properly last evening. The senior defender has also stated that he is satisfied with the way the Delhi players performed in the entire seventh season.

Dabang Delhi KC defender Vishal Mane, who has played in the most number of PKL Finals, has said that they are well prepared to face the toughest match and have eyes on the trophy. However, in meetings with Bengal Warriors this season, Delhi have remained winless on both occasions.
