As many people have said in the past, yesterday's match was Pakistan vs Pakistan. Afghanistan gave a good fight till the end, thanks to the spinners, but all the hard work was undone by Gulbadin Naib's over where Pakistan scored 18 runs which resulted in Pakistan winning the match.

Brief Scores: Afghanistan 227/9 in 50 overs (Asghar Afghan 42, Najibullah Zadran 42; Shaheen Afridi 4/47, Wahab Riaz 2/29) lost to Pakistan 230/7 in 49.4 overs (Imad Wasim 49*, Babar Azam 45; Mohammad Nabi 2/23, Mujeeb Ur Rahman 2/34) by 3 wickets

Looks like this girl saved Pakistan yesterday, sorry guys it wasn't Imad Wasim!

I know how it feels Vinod!

Heart-breaking for Afghanistan!

That one over from Naib changed everything!

Every Pakistani fan's hearts were at risk yesterday!

Much-needed excitement indeed!

Have to give credit to Afghanistan players!

What a prediction by Sachin!

Hopefully, the Afghanistan team comes back stronger in the next World Cup!

Hoping to see a lot more thrillers like this!

Micheal Vaughan's meltdown was hilarious though!

This was before the game

When Afghanistan were in the driver's seat!

When Gulbadin Naib gave away 18 runs in an over!

And finally when Pakistan won the match!
